Retrieve Your Password

If you forget your Greenwich password, reset your password by mobile phone or email verification.

1. Click Forget password on the Greenwich login page to open the identity verification page.
2. Input your verification account, such as the mobile phone number or email address you registered.
3. Click Send code to send a verification code to your account.
   Note: At most five times are allowed within one day.
4. In the Verification code field, input the code with four numbers sent to your mobile phone or email.
5. Click the Next button. The reset password page opens.
6. Input a new password.
7. Input the password again.
8. Click the Save button. You retrieve your password successfully.
9. Click the Sign In button to open the login page.
