Calculation of Distance between Turbine and Road

Calculation of Distance between Turbine and Road function is designed for calculating the distance between turbine and road as one of the reference of micrositing.

During micrositing period, the distance between turbine and general public road should be longer than turbine collapsing length and the distance from important public road should be 1.5 longer than turbine collapsing length.

  1. Select a WTG group object in the project pane.

  2. Click the expand icon 《 at the right top of Greenwich interface to open the operation pane.

  3. Select Calculation of Distance between Turbine and Road in the Calculation Type drop-down list. Click Calculate to submit the calculation task.

  4. Checking calculation progress in the task list.

  5. Double-click the WTG group object in the project pane to check the result on WTG group overview page.
